What is DownloadClub?DownloadClub is a monthly subscription service that enables you to own the games you love for less. As a DownloadClub member, you get a free game credit every month to apply on any full version game of your choice from the DownloadClub catalog to own forever. In addition, members also receive $5 off all other DownloadClub game purchases.
Can I cancel my DownloadClub subscription at any time?Members can cancel their DownloadClub subscription at any time. Due to processing time, cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before your subscription is scheduled to be billed for the next month’s service. DownloadClub benefits will continue through the last paid period. You can cancel your DownloadClub subscription by contacting our Games Customer Support by clicking the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.
What payment methods are accepted for DownloadClub?DownloadClub membership can be purchased via major credit card.
How much does DownloadClub cost and when will I be charged?Free for the first 30 days, and then DownloadClub is only $6.99 a month. You will be charged on the same day of the month you signed up, or if that date does not occur in a month (i.e. 30th of February) on the first day of the next month. This billing will recur each month thereafter for as long as you are a DownloadClub member.

How do I purchase games using my monthly DownloadClub credit or discount?Choose a game you’d like to own from the DownloadClub catalog, click Buy, and select "use free credit" at checkout. All other DownloadClub games added to your shopping cart will automatically receive a $5 discount.
Which games can I buy using my DownloadClub credit?You can choose from any game from the DownloadClub catalog which can be accessed by selecting the DownloadClub Games tab. You will also see a "Get It Free" button on the game information page if that game is DownloadClub eligible. Individual game description pages also indicate which games are eligible to be purchased with your DownloadClub credit.
If I cancel my DownloadClub subscription am I able to keep the games I bought with my credits?The games you buy with your credits are yours to keep forever - even if you cancel your DownloadClub subscription.
Does my monthly DownloadClub credit expire?Your monthly DownloadClub credit can be rolled over to the next month, but unused credits will expire 60 days after the date granted.
